应用带电粒子活化分析法(CPAA)对硼薄膜中的氧含量进行了测量,并对利用厚标样分析薄样品中的元素含量的比较测量方法进行了研究。在4.5 MV Van de Graff静电加速器上加速~3He粒子,通过~(16)O(~3He,p)~(18)F反应,产生放射性核素~(18)F,再经过β~+衰变(~(18)F→~(18)O+β~+)成为稳定核~(18)O。用高纯锗探测器测量标样和硼样品中~(18)F的放射性活度,通过相对比较法得到硼样品中~(16)O的含量。
The oxygen content in the boron thin film was measured by charged particle activation analysis (CPAA), and the comparative measurement method for the elemental content in the thin samples was analyzed by the thick standard sample. The ~ 3He particles were accelerated on a 4.5 MV Van de Graff electrostatic accelerator to generate radionuclide ~ (18) F through ~ (16) O (~ 3He, p) ~ (18) F reaction, ~ (18) F → ~ (18) O + β ~ +) become stable core ~ (18) O. The radioactivity of ~ (18) F in standard sample and boron sample was measured by high purity germanium detector, and the content of ~ (16) O in boron sample was obtained by relative comparison method.
