Whether partnership organizations, especially anonymous partnerships, have independent civil status is a widespread concern. This article discusses the legal status of the named partnership organization and the independent civil subject qualification of the anonymous partnership organization, and puts forward some legislative proposals on how to perfect our partnership system.
