目的 观察肿瘤转移抑制基因 nm2 3的表达产物二磷酸核苷激酶 (nucleoside diphosphatkinase,NDPK)在裸小鼠玻璃体腔视网膜母细胞瘤 (retinoblastoma,RB)移植瘤中的表达状态 ,探讨 nm2 3基因的表达产物 NDPK(nm2 3/ NDPK)与 RB的发生发展及浸润生长的相关性。 方法 对 2 0例裸小鼠玻璃体 RB移植瘤进行 nm2 3/ NDPK表达的免疫组织化学染色 ,以正常视网膜组织标本作对照 ,比较 RB移植瘤眼内生长期 ( ~ 级 )及蔓延、扩展浸润期 ( ~ 级 ) nm2 3/ NDPK的表达情况。 结果 正常视网膜组织 nm2 3蛋白表达阴性。 2 0例 RB移植瘤 nm2 3/ NDPK表达阳性 ,阳性细胞数为 48.73± 2 .37,阳性表达率为 10 0 % ;眼内生长期 ( ~ 级 )与蔓延、扩展浸润期 ( ~ 级 ) nm 2 3/ NDPK阳性表达细胞数差异无显著性的意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 nm 2 3基因不具有抑制 RB移植瘤蔓延浸润的功能 ,而是在其发生发展过程中起一定作用。
Objective To observe the expression of nucleoside diphosphatkinase (NDPK), an inhibitor of nm23 gene expression in nude mice, and to investigate the expression of nm23 gene in nude mice with retinoblastoma (RB) Correlation of the product NDPK (nm2 3 / NDPK) with the development of RB and infiltration growth. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of nm23 / NDPK in 20 xenografted human xenograft tumors was performed. The normal retinal tissue was used as a control. The positive expression rate of nm23 / NDPK in 20 cases of RB xenografts was 48.73 ± 2.37 and the positive rate was 100%.
