草菇V91系中国科学院上海植物生理研究所采用原生质体融合技术培育而成的新菌株.三年来,我们对其生物学特性的观察和栽培试验,初步认为V91产量与当前生产上的主要品种V23相近.但商品性状和质量却优于V23,如开伞慢,菇形中等,粗蛋白含量高出3.92%等.现将V91的种性及栽培要点简介如下.(一)菌株基本特征子实体黑色,椭圆形,菇形中等,单菇平均重27.17g,菇高5.235cm,菌盖直径3.725cm,不易开伞;子实体中水溶蛋白为94.99mg/g干重;粗蛋白含量为27.285%.在PDA培养基上,菌
Straw mushroom V91 is a new strain cultivated by protoplast fusion technology at Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
