本文采用高效液相色谱法测定麻仁丸中芍药甙和厚朴酚的含量。以水－甲醇－乙酸（７５：２０：５）为流动相。检测波长２３０ｎｍ。芍药甙回收率为９８．８％，ＲＳＤ０．８１％，厚朴酚回收率９８．２％，ＲＳＤ１．０２％．
In this paper, HPLC was used to determine the contents of Paeoniflorin and honokiol in Mareng Pills. The mobile phase was water-methanol-acetic acid (75:20:5). Detection wavelength 230nm. The recovery rate of paeoniflorin was 98.8%, RSD 0.81%, the honokiol recovery rate was 98.2%, RSD 1.02%.
