评价筛选机制是虚拟供应链平台的主要管理机制之一,是实现公平竞价的前提。鉴于成员企业的加入时间不同,以及顾客对于企业的稳定度和在供应链中的表现等关注度不同,设计了基于五个指标维度的稳定度评价、供应链评价和综合评价三套指标体系,利用网络分析与模糊数学相结合的方法建立评价模型确定指标权重。并通过算例分析,详细描述评价模型的建立过程以及对候选企业的评价筛选过程。
Evaluation screening mechanism is one of the main management mechanisms of the virtual supply chain platform, which is the precondition of fair auction.
