“大检修”体系作为“三集五大”建设的重要组成部分,对变电检修班组提出了新任务,要求班组改变传统工作模式,加强人才队伍素质培养。通过总结调研成果,分析传统班组管理和新要求之间的矛盾,思考“三集五大”体系下的班组管理,提出引导员工理性认识、主动应对,促进变电检修班组检修专业化和运维一体化的方法。
