竞技体育走科学化和可持续发展道路 ,已是大势所趋。但是 ,关于竞技体育中应加强人文素质教育的提法却不多见。在参阅有关国内外人文教育文献的基础上 ,结合我国竞技体坛的得失 ,来阐明人文素质教育的重要性。提出了人文素质教育应从少儿抓起 ,重视高校竞体的发展 ,提高教练员或教师的人文素质 ,旨在为2 1世纪竞技体育改革提供理论依据 It is the trend of the times for competitive sports to follow the path of scientific and sustainable development. However, there are few references on how to strengthen humane education in competitive sports. On the basis of referring to the literature on humanities education both at home and abroad and combining the gains and losses of our sports arena, we can clarify the importance of humanistic education. It puts forward that humane quality education should start from children, pay attention to the development of college sports and improve the humanistic quality of coaches or teachers, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the reform of competitive sports in the 21st century
