目的:为灌肠术、X 光气钡造影、内镜检查等提供大肠的形态学基础。方法:30 具成人形态正常的大肠,分段测量大肠的长度、周径,按圆柱体积公式v = 1/4πc2l 和圆锥体体积公式v = 1/12πc2l 分别计算出结肠和盲肠的体积;用浸水法测量游离大肠的体积。结果:大肠长126 .9 ±27 .4 cm( 盲肠、结肠、直肠盆内段分别为43 .6 ±1 .5 cm ,113 .3 ±25 .0 cm ,9 .2 ±3 .3 cm) 。微积分法和浸水法得出的大肠体积分别为850 .1±411 .22 mL,756 .6 ±91 .9 mL。结论:本文的结果可为临床灌肠术、气钡造影及内镜检查提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To provide the morphological basis of large intestine for enema surgery, X-ray barium imaging, endoscopy and so on.
