文章以首届和第二届跨境语言论坛研究成果为基础,结合此前其他相关文献,简要梳理了我国跨境语言现状,然后从生态与安全角度,分析了不同跨境语言的生存状态,结合周边语言文化环境,提出跨境语言发展过程中存在的问题,分析原因、提出对策,以期能够为我国当代语言规划的健康科学的发展与实施建言献策。 Based on the research results of the first and the second cross-border language forums, the article briefly combs the current situation of cross-border languages ​​in China based on previous relevant literature and then analyzes the living conditions of different cross-border languages ​​from the point of view of ecology and security, Language and cultural environment, put forward the problems in the process of cross-border language development, analyze the reasons and put forward countermeasures so as to provide advice and suggestions for the development and implementation of health science in contemporary language planning in our country.
