In order to further promote the strategic project of military personnel, we should not only make overall planning but also classify our workforce to prepare personnel for the military struggle in a down-to-earth manner. We should not only adjust the structure but also expand the functions and speed up the transformation of the construction of the contingent of qualified personnel. We must also make specializations and pay close attention to training the introduction of talents for non-war military operations. We should not only integrate financially but also melt well so as to further improve the quality and efficiency of the integration and development of military personnel.
