目的:通过分别测定低钾血症患者血钾水平及实时心电图的R波及U波值,换算出R波与U波的比值(R/U),探讨患者的血钾水平与心电图R/U比值有无相关性,如有则作回归分析。方法:选择2010年5月至2014年5月在我院急诊科处理入院的低钾血症患者221例,测定其血钾水平及实时心电图的R波及U波值。结果:低钾血症患者血钾水平与心电图R/U比值呈非线性相关,有统计学意义(P<0.05),通过回归分析可求出回归方程K~+=1.446+0.719×1n(R/U),且整个回归方程有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:低钾血症患者血钾水平与心电图R/U比值有相关性,通过心电图R/U比值能简单、快速、有效地预测患者的血清钾离子的水平,为临床低钾血症患者能得到快速、准确的治疗提供临床依据,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the ratio of serum potassium level to electrocardiogram (R / U) in patients with hypokalemia by measuring the level of R and U waves in real-time electrocardiogram and the R / U ratio Whether or not related, if any, for regression analysis.
