市场经济开放式改革趋势下,房地产经济与金融经济之间的关联性越来越紧密,两大行业之间跨业经营取得了优异的成就,双方共同创造了新的经济收益额度。近年来国家对房地产市场采取了宏观调控措施,严格控制房价走势而对产业经济造成了强烈的冲击。银行作为房地产销售的资金链支撑,其也在重新调整房贷业务以降低市场风险造成的经济损失。本文分析了银行房贷业务调控带来的诸多影响,对新一轮房价调控政策下银行经营改革提出了科学性意见。
Under the open trend of market economy reform, the correlation between the real estate economy and the financial economy has become more and more close. The cross-industry operation between the two major industries has made outstanding achievements and both parties have jointly created new economic benefits. In recent years, the state adopted a macro-control measure on the real estate market, strictly controlling the trend of house prices and causing a strong impact on the industrial economy. Banks, backed by the funding chain of real estate sales, are also restructuring their mortgages to reduce the economic losses caused by market risks. This article analyzes the many effects of bank mortgage business regulation and brings forward scientific opinions on bank management reform under the new round of house price control policies.
