目的:探讨抗癫痫药物对癫痫患儿骨代谢的影响。方法:将2009年11月~2010年12月收治的癫痫患儿48例设为观察组,给予抗癫痫治疗,观察治疗前及治疗后3、6个月时检测血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血磷(P)、血钙(ca)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、骨密度(BMD)等骨代谢指标。将同期未接受抗癫痫治疗的29例癫痫患儿设为对照组,同期观察上述骨代谢指标。结果:两组间治疗前的指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后3、6个月时,血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血磷(P)、血钙(ca)、骨密度(BMD)值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组BAP值在治疗后3个月及6个月时均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗癫痫治疗对癫痫患儿骨代谢有一定影响,骨碱性磷酸酶可以作为骨代谢敏感指标应用于癫痫患儿的治疗,来指导抗癫痫药的正确应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of antiepileptic drugs on bone metabolism in children with epilepsy. Methods: Forty-eight children with epilepsy who were treated from November 2009 to December 2010 were enrolled as observation group and were given antiepileptic treatment. The levels of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) , Phosphorus (P), blood calcium (Ca), bone alkaline phosphatase (BAP), bone mineral density (BMD) and other bone metabolism indicators. Twenty-nine children with epilepsy who did not receive antiepileptic treatment during the same period were enrolled as the control group. The above indexes of bone metabolism were observed during the same period. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of serum ALP, (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in BMD and BMD between the two groups (P> 0.05). The BAP value in the treatment group at 3 and 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Antiepileptic treatment has certain effect on bone metabolism in children with epilepsy. Bone alkaline phosphatase can be used as a sensitive index of bone metabolism in the treatment of children with epilepsy to guide the correct application of antiepileptic drugs.
