目的探讨云南边境地区精神科护士工作压力与生活质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用生活质量量表(WHOQOLBREF)和护士工作压力源表(NJSQ)对188名精神科护士进行调查。结果工作压力总均分为(13.42±3.66)分,其中得分最高的是护理专业及工作,为(2.90±0.84)分;不同性别、年龄和学历的护士工作压力得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。生活质量总得分为(57.20±11.82)分,得分最低的是环境领域(48.47±14.20)分,不同婚姻状况和学历的护士生活质量得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理管理及人际关系与生活质量之间呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论云南民族边境地区精神科护士工作压力大,性别、年龄、学历和婚姻状况是其影响因素,护理管理及人际关系是影响生活质量的最主要因素。
Objective To explore the working pressure and quality of life of psychiatric nurses in Yunnan border areas and their influencing factors. Methods A total of 188 psychiatric nurses were investigated using the Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOLBREF) and the Nurses Working Stress Source List (NJSQ). Results The average score of working pressure was (13.42 ± 3.66) points, of which the highest score was nursing specialty and work, which was (2.90 ± 0.84) points. There was significant difference in working pressure scores among nurses of different sexes, ages and qualifications P <0.01). The total quality of life score was (57.20 ± 11.82) points, the lowest score was in the field of environment (48.47 ± 14.20) points, and there were significant differences in quality of life scores of nurses with different marital status and educational level (all P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between nursing management and interpersonal relationship and quality of life (P <0.01). Conclusion Psychiatric nurses in Yunnan’s ethnic border areas have a lot of work pressure, sex, age, educational level and marital status as their influencing factors. Nursing management and interpersonal relationships are the most important factors that affect the quality of life.
