为了探明多年生红地球葡萄嫁接苗的猝死原因,降低河井灌区多年生红地球葡萄嫁接苗的死亡率,对死亡植株和正常植株进行了解剖学对比观察,并对致病因子栽植深度、灌溉方式和栽植模式设立田间对比试验。结果表明:多年生红地球嫁接苗的主要致病部位是嫁接口,死因是嫁接口浸泡进水后坏死,导致地上部分和地下部分物质运输中断。栽植深度、灌溉方式和栽植模式通过影响植株的嫁接口高度,来间接影响猝死的发生,并针对传统栽培措施的不足提出了垄栽、滴灌的猝死预防措施。
In order to find out the causes of the sudden death of grafted perennial Grapevine grapes and reduce the mortality rate of grafted grafted perennial Grapevine grapes in Hejing Irrigation Area, anatomical comparison was made between the dead plants and normal plants. The depth of planting, the method of irrigation and Cultivation mode set up field comparison test. The results showed that the main pathogenic sites of grafted seedlings of perennial Red Globe were grafting. The necrosis was caused by the necrosis of the grafting after soaking in influent water, resulting in the interruption of transport of the substance above and below ground. The planting depth, irrigation mode and planting mode indirectly affect the occurrence of sudden death by affecting the plantation grafting height. In the light of the deficiency of traditional cultivation measures, the paper puts forward the measures of ridge planting and drip irrigation sudden death prevention.
