目的评价PBS、SM液、营养肉汤3种不同的采样液对分枝杆菌噬菌体D29的收集能力;D29在3种不同喷雾介质(生理盐水、去离子水和PBS)中的耐雾化性能;PBS作为采样液时,收集到的D29浓度随时间变化趋势。方法用全玻璃液体冲击式采样器AGI-30收集D29气溶胶并进行判定。结果与结论噬菌体D29在含有微量Tween80的PBS中耐冲击性能最强,将其用于采样能够准确反映气溶胶的浓度,而去离子水作为喷雾介质时,D29气溶胶具有最大的产出量。在D29气溶胶的动物暴露实验中,选择去离子水为喷雾液用于产生气溶胶,采样液为含微量Tween80的PBS。
Objective To evaluate the collection ability of Mycobacterium phage D29 in three different sample solutions of PBS, SM and nutrient broth, the anti-fogging performance of D29 in three different spray media (saline, deionized water and PBS) When PBS was used as the sample solution, the concentration of D29 collected tended to change with time. Methods The D29 aerosol was collected with a full glass liquid impact sampler AGI-30 and judged. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Bacteriophages D29 had the strongest impact resistance in PBS containing Tween 80. The D29 aerosol possessed the highest output when deionized water was used as the spray medium. In the D29 aerosol animal exposure experiment, deionized water was selected as a spray liquid for the aerosol generation and the sample solution was PBS containing a minimal amount of Tween80.
