冠心病的发生发展与凝血纤溶系统的关系十分密切。凝血因子Ⅶ是凝血过程中的一个重要辅助因子。凝血因子Ⅶ活性(FⅦC)增高被认为与冠心病的发生有关,而遗传因素,即FⅦ基因多态性是影响FⅦC水平的重要因素,所以FⅦ基因多态性与冠心病的关系日益受到关注。本文将对FⅦ的遗传特性、FⅦC及与冠心病的关系作一综述。
The occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and coagulation and fibrinolysis system is very close. Factor VII is an important cofactor in the coagulation process. The increase of factor VII activity (FⅦC) is thought to be related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease. Genetic factors, namely FⅦ gene polymorphism, are important factors affecting the level of FⅦC. Therefore, the relationship between FⅦ gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease is receiving more and more attention. This article will review the genetic characteristics of FⅦ, FⅦC and its relationship with coronary heart disease.
