通过改变紫外线辐照能量,研究了BaFCl:Eu(2+)的光激励发光性质.发现当紫外线能量大于或小于Eu(2+)最低激发态能量两种情况下,光激励发光有明显的差异,还分析了产生差异的原因,并且给出了紫外线辐照能量与F/Cl比值的关系.
By changing the energy of ultraviolet radiation, the photoluminescence properties of BaFCl: Eu (2+) were studied. It is found that there is a significant difference in the photo-induced luminescence when the UV energy is greater than or less than the Eu (2+) minimum excited state energy. The reason for the difference is also analyzed, and the relationship between the UV energy and F / Cl ratio relationship.
