目的 :探讨不同场强、不同作用时间的低频电磁场对兔主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的调控作用。 方法 :体外培养的新西兰白兔主动脉平滑肌细胞 3~ 7代与含 5 %小牛血清的 RPMI- 16 40培养液的混悬液 10 0 μl加入 96孔板中培养 ,按照实验分组 ,每日磁场作用 1次 ,共 2日。 72 h后用四唑盐比色法和氚标记的胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(3H- Td R)掺入法检测动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖数量。 结果 :2 0 m T、40 m T和 6 0 m T各磁场组动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖数量显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,其中 30 min、40m T磁场组动脉平滑肌细胞增殖数量的降低最显著 (P<0 .0 0 1)。 结论 :磁场对动脉平滑肌细胞增殖有显著的抑制作用 ,这种抑制效应具有强度敏感性和时间依赖性。
Objective: To investigate the regulation of the proliferation of rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells by low frequency electromagnetic fields of different field strength and different time.
