本文采用数据包络分析方法,以资本、劳动力、能源为投入变量,工业增加值(合意产出)、CO2和SO2排放量(非合意产出)为产出变量,对我国39个工业细分行业2004-2011年能源效率进行测算、比较和分析。主要结论如下:工业行业能源效率较低,主要原因是能源纯技术效率和规模效率都偏低。除2009年之外,其他年份工业行业能源效率具有一定的趋同性。随着时间的推移,能源纯技术效率提高,而能源规模效率下降,两者共同作用导致能源整体效率较为平稳。
In this paper, data envelopment analysis is used to analyze the impact of capital, labor and energy input variables, industrial added value (desirable output), CO2 and SO2 emissions (non-compliant output) Industry 2004-2011 Energy Efficiency Calculation, Comparison and Analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: The energy efficiency of the industrial sector is low, mainly due to the low technical efficiency and scale efficiency of pure energy. Except for 2009, the energy efficiency of industrial sectors in other years has a certain degree of convergence. With the passage of time, the pure energy efficiency of energy will increase while the energy efficiency of scale will decrease. The combined effect of the two will lead to a relatively steady energy efficiency.
