一、菌株来源和生物学特性 1.“黔朴6号”是我所胡宁拙同志于1982年3月11日从贵州省军区人防地道中一根朴树枯木上,采用基内菌丝分离获得菌株。培养出子实体后经过多次组织分离和孢子分离,提纯复壮以及栽培驯化,以复选顺序编为“黔朴6号”。 2.形态:菌盖直径2-7厘米,初时半球形,后渐平展,表面光滑,湿润时稍粘,淡黄色至棕色,中间稍深,盖缘薄而齐;菌肉白色,肉质,具菌香味;菌褶刀片状,不等长,稍稀,与菌柄离生;菌柄长12-17厘米,直径1~1.6厘米,表面有短绒毛,上
