本文采用新生大鼠肝脏进行肝细胞培养,肝细胞生长良好,为上皮型,结构正常,选为移植供体,然后将肝细胞移植至注射CCL4成模的慢性肝损伤大鼠腹膜腔中。病鼠在移植前血液生化检查,白蛋白均值为28.34±9.01g/L;总蛋白均值为60.46±0.49g/L;谷丙转氨酶均值为124.86±12.04u/L。移植后白蛋白为39.08±0.56~34.04±0.17g/L,增加20.11%~37.90%;总蛋白为68.76±0.9~65.5±0.76g/L,增加8.35%~13.73%;谷丙转氨酶为54.44±3.78~60.82±21.05u/L,下降51.29~56.40%。实验证明,肝细胞移植对急、慢性肝功能不全提供一定的肝功能支持,能提供部份代偿功能。经短期培养肝细胞生长良好,结构正常,为实验提供一细胞模型,可进行多种实验
In this paper, neonatal rat liver hepatocytes were cultured, hepatocytes grew well, epithelial, normal structure, selected as donor, and then the liver cells were transplanted into the peritoneal cavity of CCL4-injected chronic liver injury rats. The mean blood albumin of the diseased mice before transplantation was 28.34 ± 9.01g / L, the average total protein was 60.46 ± 0.49g / L, the mean of alanine aminotransferase was 124.86 ± 12.04u / L. The albumin after transplantation was 39.08 ± 0.56 ~ 34.04 ± 0.17g / L, increased by 20.11% -37.90%; the total protein was 68.76 ± 0.9 ~ 65.5 ± 0 .76g / L, increased 8.35% ~ 13.73%; alanine aminotransferase 54.44 ± 3.78 ~ 60.82 ± 21.05u / L, decreased 51.29 ~ 56.40%. Experiments show that liver cell transplantation provides certain liver function support for acute and chronic liver insufficiency, can provide some compensatory function.
