目的制定紫苏梗药材及饮片质量标准。方法采用了生药学研究,薄层鉴别法、HPLC、水分测定法及灰分测定法。薄层鉴别选用生物显色剂0.8 mg.mL-1的2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基自由基(DPPH)乙醇溶液显色。结果根据10个不同批号的紫苏梗药材和5个不同批号的紫苏梗饮片测定结果,确定迷迭香酸含量不低于0.10%(药材)和0.07%(饮片),含水分不高于9.0%(药材)和8.0%(饮片),总灰分不高于5.0%(药材)和4.0%(饮片),酸不溶性灰分不高于1.2%(药材)和0.6%(饮片)。薄层色谱-生物自显影色谱图中迷迭香酸斑点清晰易辨。结论通过研究制定了紫苏梗的质量控制标准。
Objective To develop the quality standard of the purple sticks and medicinal herbs. Methods Pharmacological studies, TLC, HPLC, moisture determination and ash determination were used. Thin layer identification using biological reagent 0.8 mg.mL-1 2,2-diphenyl-1 -hydrazinyl radical (DPPH) ethanol color. Results According to the determination results of 10 different varieties of Perilla frutescens and 5 different varieties of Perilla frutescens, the content of rosmarinic acid was determined to be not less than 0.10% (medicinal material) and 0.07% (Pieces), the moisture content was not higher than 9.0% medicinal herbs and 8.0% medicated herbs. The total ash content is not higher than 5.0% medicinal herbs and 4.0% medicinal herbs, and the acid-insoluble ash content is not higher than 1.2% medicinal herbs and 0.6% decoction pieces. Thin layer chromatography - birroman acid spots clearly visible on autobiographic chromatograms. Conclusion The quality control standard of perilla fruticosa was established through research.
