六十年代初,国内开始采用微孔滤纸来制造滤清器滤芯,并得以推广。但近年来,随着我国汽车和其它一些动力机械产量的增长,对滤清器的需求量也不断增加。且滤芯的使用期一般在8000公里左右即要更换,所以,每年需近千万只以上。那么如何利用更经济的材料,设计出更简易的滤芯,来取代制造工艺复杂的纸质滤芯,已成为广大科技人员共同关心的事情。现将我厂研制的全塑型滤芯工艺简况作一介绍(图1),仅供同行参考,以便进一步推广提高。
The early sixties, China began to use microporous filter paper to create filter, and to promote. However, in recent years, with the growth of the output of China’s automobiles and some other power machinery, the demand for filters has also been increasing. And the use of filter is generally about 8000 km that is about to be replaced, so every year nearly 10 million or more. So how to use more economical materials to design a more simple filter to replace the complex manufacturing process of paper filter has become the common concern of the majority of scientific and technological personnel. Now I plant developed all-plastic filter process for an introduction (Figure 1), only for peer reference, in order to further promote and improve.
