目的 :探讨丹参滴丸对培养的乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧 /再给氧的保护作用机制。方法 :出生 3～ 7ｄ的大白鼠乳鼠的心脏在无菌条件下取出来 ,剪碎 ,经胰蛋白酶消化分离成单个细胞 ,放入含 1 5%小牛血清的1 640培养液内培养 36ｈ ,将培养的细胞随机分成 :Ⅰ正常对照组 ;Ⅱ缺氧 1 0ｍｉｎ
Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of Danshen Dripping Pills on hypoxia/reoxygenation of cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.
