在我国广东、台湾、香港等地流行着一种寄生于人体肝内胆管的吸虫，称为华支睾吸虫。随着生鱼片进入了百姓餐桌，其他地区也有了感染的报告。华支睾吸虫，体形如葵花子，长仅１０～２５毫米，宽３～５毫米，虽然很小但可引起胆道阻塞，甚至引发胆汁性肝硬化，宝宝也不能幸免。
