针对一个实际的工厂自动化PROFINET IO实时网络进行测试研究。由于该网络应用了PROFINET IO实时等级1和2级(非同步)的设备,包含较多分布式IO、执行器和传感器,而且拓扑结构复杂(包含星形和环形),非一般实验室设备能仿真,所以选定该网络进行测试具有实际参考意义。测试的实时参数可以用来改进仿真模型,并验证真实生产条件下的紧急情况。
Test and study a real plant automation PROFINET IO real-time network. Since this network employs PROFINET IO real-time class 1 and 2 devices (unsynchronized), contains more distributed IO, actuators and sensors and has a complex topological structure (star and ring), non-generic lab equipment Simulation, so the selection of the network test has practical significance. Real-time parameters of the test can be used to improve the simulation model, and verify the emergency under real production conditions.
