肝源性糖尿病患者OGTT和胰岛素释放试验的结果分析

目的 :探讨了口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)和胰岛素释放试验在肝源性糖尿病中的应用价值。方法 :应用酶法和放免法对 30例肝源性糖尿病、31例 2型糖尿病进行了OGTT、胰岛素释放试验 ,并与 35名正常健康人作对照。结果 :肝源性糖尿病患者与 2型糖尿病患者血糖在OGTT中除 180min差异有显著性外 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余各段时间均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,胰岛素水平呈高基础值血症型。结论 :OGTT和胰岛素释放试验在鉴别肝源性糖尿病中有一定的应用价值。 Objective: To explore the value of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin release test in liver-derived diabetes mellitus. Methods: Enzyme and radioimmunoassay was used to test OGTT and insulin release in 30 cases of hepatogenic diabetes and 31 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The control group was compared with 35 normal healthy subjects. Results: The blood glucose levels of OGTT in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly lower than those of type 2 diabetes mellitus (P <0.01), but no significant difference was found in other periods (P> 0.05) The level was high basal hyperlipidemia. Conclusion: OGTT and insulin release test in the identification of liver-derived diabetes have a certain value.
