目的:建立一种测定血液透析液中醋酸根含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相离子排阻色谱法测定血液透析液中醋酸根的含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为Rezex ROA-Organic AcidH+(150mm×7.8mm,8μm);流动相为0.0025mol·L-1硫酸溶液,流速:0.5mL·min-1;检测波长:220nm。结果:醋酸根线性范围是1.64~6.54mmol.L-1(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.08%(n=5)。结论:此方法操作简便,测定时间短,准确度高,透析液中其他离子对测定影响小。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of acetate in hemodialysis solution. Methods: The content of acetate in hemodialysis solution was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Chromatographic conditions: Rezex ROA-Organic AcidH + (150mm × 7.8mm, 8μm) was used as mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of 0.0025mol·L-1 sulfuric acid solution and the flow rate was 0.5mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 220nm. Results: The linear range of acetate was 1.64 ~ 6.54mmol.L-1 (r = 0.9994). The average recovery was 100.6% with RSD = 0.08% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is simple and easy to operate, the determination of time is short, the accuracy is high, and other ions in the dialysis solution have little effect on the determination.
