为了解决大视场TDI CCD相机静态传递函数(下面简称传函)检测过程中传函图像受环境影响较大、检测准确度不高等问题,设计了一种静态传函实时检测与记录系统。首先,根据大视场TDICCD相机静态传函图像特征,建立一个实时检测与记录的硬件和软件平台,实时接收相机输出的图像数据。其次,分析清晰靶标图像和模糊靶标图像的特征,设置区分两者的静态传函阈值,从实时接收的靶标图像中选取清晰靶标图像作为检测样本。然后,对靶标图像样本中的所有TDI CCD像元处的静态传函进行计算并做均值处理,将靶标图像样本的图像数据和静态传函值进行记录以便于后期分析处理。最后,对大视场TDI CCD相机5个通道进行静态传函的实时检测,记录20帧靶标图像样本的平均静态传函值,分析每个通道静态传函的标准偏差。实验结果表明:系统在选取0.01作为静态传函阈值的情况下,大视场TDI CCD相机每个通道静态传函值的标准偏差均小于1%,有效去除了模糊靶标图像引起的检测误差,提高了静态传函检测的精度和效率。
In order to solve the problem that the telematic image is greatly influenced by the environment and the detection accuracy is not high in the static transfer function (hereinafter referred to as transfer function) of TDI CCD camera in large field of view, a static transmission real-time detection and recording system is designed. First of all, according to the static telegraph image feature of TDICCD camera in large field of view, a hardware and software platform for real-time detection and recording is set up to receive the image data output by the camera in real time. Secondly, the characteristics of the clear target image and the fuzzy target image are analyzed, and the static thresholds of the two are set. The clear target image is selected as the detection sample from the real-time received target image. Then, the static transmission at all TDI CCD pixels in the target image sample is calculated and averaged, and the image data of the target image sample and the static transmission value are recorded for later analysis. Finally, real-time detection of static transmission of 5 channels of TDI CCD camera is carried out. The average static transmission value of 20 target image samples is recorded, and the standard deviation of static transmission of each channel is analyzed. The experimental results show that the system standard deviation of the static transfer function of each channel of the TDI CCD camera is less than 1% under the condition that the system chooses 0.01 as the static transfer threshold, effectively removing the detection error caused by the fuzzy target image and improving The accuracy and efficiency of the static transmission test.
