土壤侵蚀模数控制比 ,是开发建设项目水土保持方案报告书中6大防治目标之一。现行的计算方法 (方案目标值÷项目允许值×100 % ) ,正好与防治效果越好则控制比越高 ,防治效果越差则控制比越低这一规律相悖。而采用控制率= (再塑地貌土壤侵蚀模数 -防治措施实施后的土壤侵蚀模数 )÷再塑地貌土壤侵蚀模数×100 %公式进行计算 ,则可正确反映上述规律。 Soil erosion modulus control ratio is one of the six major prevention and control targets in the report on soil and water conservation programs for development and construction projects. The current calculation method (the target value of the project ÷ the allowable value of the project × 100%), the better the control effect is, the better the control effect is, and the worse the control effect is, the lower the control law is. However, using the control rate = (modulus of soil remodeling and soil erosion - modulus of soil erosion after control measures) ÷ soil erosion modulus of plasticizing landform × 100%, the above law can be correctly reflected.
