利用酵母α-factor分泌型启动子构建大肠杆菌—酵母菌穿梭质粒。将乙型肝炎表面抗原基因(HBsAg基因)经过调正读码框架使其准确地和表达载体相连接,最终在酵母中成功地表达HBsAg蛋白并分泌到细胞外。
Construction of E.coli - Saccharomyces shuttle plasmid with yeast α-factor secretory promoter. Hepatitis B surface antigen gene (HBsAg gene) through correct reading frame to make it accurately connected with the expression vector, and ultimately successfully expressed in yeast yeast protein and secreted to the outside of HBsAg.
