分析双钢轮振动压路机施工时的洒水要求,对目前广泛采用的控制方法进行分析,认为间歇洒水更适合于压路机的洒水要求,并基于间歇洒水的基础提出更适合施工需求的洒水控制系统。对该系统的组成、控制流程、洒水电机自动控制和洒水电机启停电流控制进行介绍。实践证明,该控制系统性能优良,除了能满足施工要求外,还提高了压路机的自动化程度,同时还能有效地保护洒水电机,提高洒水泵的使用寿命。
The requirements of sprinkler during the construction of double drum vibratory roller are analyzed. The widely used control method is analyzed. It is considered that intermittent sprinkling is more suitable for the sprinkler requirement of roller and the sprinkling control system is more suitable for the construction requirements based on intermittent sprinkling. The composition of the system, control flow, automatic control of sprinkler and sprinkler motor start-stop current control are introduced. Practice has proved that the control system with excellent performance, in addition to meet the construction requirements, but also improve the degree of automation roller, but also can effectively protect the sprinkler motor, sprinkler pump to improve the service life.
