本文在简单分析导致“公务员报考热”现象的因素的同时,着重分析构建服务型政府对公务员报考热趋于理性化的作用,并最后提出政策性建议。
This article analyzes the factors that lead to the phenomenon of civil servant applying for a certificate. At the same time, it focuses on analyzing the role of service-oriented government in rationalizing civil servants’ application for examination papers. Finally, it puts forward policy recommendations.
