本文用键参数图法对四十多种超导氧化物的结构与性能关系进行了研究.通过绘制 T_c~N_(?)、Σ(Z~(?)/r_2)~N/R_0~2和 V/I~N/R_0~2图,分析其结构与超导电性的关系。并在此基础上预测可能是高临界温度超导体的氧化物。
In this paper, the relationship between the structure and properties of more than 40 kinds of superconducting oxides has been studied by the bond parameter map method. By plotting T_c ~ N _ (?), Σ (Z ~ (?) / R_2) ~ N / R_0 ~ 2 and V / I ~ N / R_0 ~ 2 graph, analysis of the relationship between the structure and superconductivity. Based on this, we predict oxides that may be high-temperature superconductors.
