介绍了４０目活化改性胶粉在轻载子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用及其对胶料的硫化特性、物理性能的影响。结果表明，在轻载子午线轮胎胎面中加入１０份活化改性胶粉对轮胎使用寿命无不良影响，且可降低轮胎生产成本；添加了活化改性胶粉的胶料，老化后能保持较高的相对耐磨性，半成品尺寸稳定性好。
The application of 40 mesh activated modified rubber powder in light duty radial tire tread rubber and its influence on vulcanization and physical properties of rubber compound were introduced. The results show that adding 10 parts of modified rubber powder to the tread of light load radial tire has no adverse effect on the service life of the tire and can reduce the tire production cost. The rubber compound with the activated modified rubber powder can maintain a better performance after aging High relative wear resistance, semi-finished product size stability.
