目的:应用速度向量成像(velocity vector imaging,VVI)技术研究正常左室壁加速度(acceleration,ACC)特点。方法:应用Acuson Sequoia 512彩色多普勒成像仪携带的VVI技术,检测35例健康志愿者的左室16个节段运动速度并推演出ACC。结果:①加速度-时间曲线的形态变化较稳定,但不同人幅度可有较大波动。②ACC的分布特点:正常左室同一室壁不同时相的正向和负向ACC,均表现为自基底向心尖递减,同一水平各室壁之间舒张期AC-Cd和收缩期ACCs均无显著性差异,同一节段ACCd显著大于ACCs(P<0.05)。结论:VVI技术可检测正常左室壁ACC并分析其特点,为进一步研究病变心肌ACC的变化提供理想工具。
Objective: To study the characteristics of normal left ventricular wall acceleration (ACC) using velocity vector imaging (VVI) technique. Methods: The VVI technique of Acuson Sequoia 512 Color Doppler Imager was used to detect the velocity of 16 segments of the left ventricle in 35 healthy volunteers and deduce the ACC. Results: ① The change of acceleration-time curve is stable, but the amplitude of different people may fluctuate greatly. The distribution of ACC: normal left ventricular same chamber at different phases of positive and negative ACC, all showed from the basal apical diminished, the same level of each wall between the diastolic AC-Cd and systolic ACCs were no significant There was significant difference between the two groups in ACCd (P <0.05). Conclusion: The VVI technique can detect normal left ventricular wall ACC and analyze its characteristics, which provides an ideal tool for further study on the changes of ACC in diseased myocardium.
