我厂进水泵房自控装置安装的ZCLF-25(50)型电磁阀,使用三、四个月后曾出现锈蚀卡死而失灵至使自控装置无法工作。分析电磁阀阀塞与阀座圈产生锈蚀的原因主要是铁件在介质(含有杂质的水)中,发生氧化还原反应而产生电化腐蚀,若有一比铁金属活动性强的金属作还原剂,那么电磁阀就可得到保护。为此我们试验采用电磁阀阀塞嵌金属锌的办法,嵌锌后运行半年多,未发现阀塞阀座圈锈蚀卡死现象,检查其阀塞及阀座圈表面,光洁无锈痕,效果良好。具体做法是取大小合适的一小块锌块,嵌入阀塞
