观察椎管内注射感觉神经元特异性受体(sensory neuron-specific receptor,SNSR)的选择性激动剂牛肾上腺素髓质8-22肽(bovine adrenal medulla 8-22,BAM8-22)或(Tyr6)-γ2-MSH-6-12(MSH)对完全弗氏佐剂(complete Freund’s adjuvant,CFA)引起的大鼠足底水肿的影响.结果表明,BAM8-22和MSH能剂量依赖地削弱CFA炎症灶的水肿情况.椎管内给予BAM8-22(30 nmol)或MSH(15 nmol)后,足底水肿分别为160.2%和160.8%,均明显低于生理盐水组的178.2%(P<0.01).炎症灶组织切片显示,椎管内注射BAM8-22后,CFA炎性鼠足底炎症灶处水泡明显缩小,血管扩张程度下降,中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞渗出血管明显减少,真皮和皮下组织结构得到改善,骨骼肌结构得到一定程度的恢复.以上结果证明,激活SNSR受体能削弱炎症引起的水肿,提示激活SNSR受体可能成为消炎镇痛的一种新途径.
