观察了心脉灵液对内毒素休克大鼠脑氨基酸含量和钙含量的影响,结果表明:心脉灵液可稳定平均动脉血压,降低死亡率,具有良好的抗休克作用,而且能降低丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶含量,减轻兴奋性氨基酸持续过度释放所引起的神经毒,降低休克时脑组织钙含量和脑系数。提示心脉灵液可能通过抑制兴奋性氨基酸神经毒、抑制钙超载而具有保护脑功能的作用。
The effect of Xinmailing liquid on the content of amino acid and calcium in the brain of rats with endotoxin shock was observed. The results showed that: Xinmailing can stabilize the mean arterial blood pressure, reduce the mortality, have a good anti-shock effect, and can reduce the second Aldehyde content increased the content of superoxide dismutase, reduced the neurotoxicity caused by sustained over-release of excitatory amino acids, and reduced the brain tissue calcium content and brain coefficient during shock. It is suggested that Xinmailing may protect brain function by inhibiting excitatory amino acid neurotoxicity and inhibiting calcium overload.
