本文针对PVT高压物性装置中传压介质水银的特殊要求,筛选出了两种能替代水银作为传压介质的有机化合物。测定了它们的压变系数、温变系数、饱和蒸汽压、比重、熔点、沸点和气体溶解度等基本物性参数。并用两种介质分别在国产GF—731型地层原油高压物性装置上作了N_2的压缩系数测定。将实验值与文献公布值、LHSS方程(由李士伦、孙雷等提出)和PR方程的计算值作了对比表明能满足工程精度要求。还将这两种介质在西南石油学院研制的无汞PVT油气体系相态测定装置上作了CO_2气体及中34井、中29井实际凝析油气体系相图测定。与文献公布的值相比,新研制的介质ZL—Ⅰ测N_2的压缩系数的平均相对误差低于1.0%(最大2.9%,最小0.03%),介质ZL—Ⅱ的平均相对误差低于0.7%(最大1.2%,最小0.04%),介质ZL—Ⅰ测CO_2相图平均相对误差低于1.6%(最大2.4%,最小1.0%),ZL—Ⅱ的平均相对误差低于1.9%(最大3.5%,最小0.005%)。介质ZL—Ⅰ测中29井相图的平均偏差低于1.6%(最大4.2%,最小0%),介质ZL—Ⅱ测中34井相图的平均偏差低于2.3%(最大7.1%,最小0%)。实验初步证明:这两种介质可以替代水银。有利于改善工作环境和工作条件。
In this paper, according to the special requirements of pressured medium mercury in PVT high pressure device, two kinds of organic compounds that can replace mercury as pressure transmission medium were screened out. Their basic physical properties such as pressure coefficient, temperature coefficient, saturated vapor pressure, specific gravity, melting point, boiling point and gas solubility were measured. The compressibility of N_2 was determined by two kinds of media respectively on the domestic high-pressure crude oil device GF-731. Comparing the experimental data with the published value of the literature, the LHSS equation (proposed by Li Shilun, Sun Lei et al.) And the calculated value of the PR equation, it can meet the requirements of engineering accuracy. The two mediums were also used for the phase diagram determination of the actual condensate oil and gas system of CO 2 gas and Zhong 34 well and Zhong 29 well on the mercury-free PVT system developed by Southwest Petroleum Institute. Comparing with the published values, the average relative error of compressibility of newly developed media ZL-Ⅰ was less than 1.0% (maximum 2.9%, minimum 0.03%), and the average relative error of medium ZL-Ⅱ was less than 0.7% The average relative error of ZL-Ⅰ was less than 1.6% (maximum 2.4%, minimum 1.0%) and the average relative error of ZL-Ⅱ was less than 1.9% (maximum of 3.5% , 0.005% minimum). Medium ZL-Ⅰ measured in 29 well phase diagram of the average deviation of less than 1.6% (maximum 4.2%, minimum 0%), Medium ZL-Ⅱ measured 34 well phase diagram of the average deviation of less than 2.3% (7.1% maximum, minimum 0%). Preliminary experiments show that: these two media can replace mercury. Help to improve the working environment and working conditions.
