探讨羟磷灰石义眼座（台）术式选择与术后并发症的处理方法和原则，选用不同术式植入34例国产和进口羟磷灰石义眼座。结果：5例发生结膜撕裂，部分眼座外露，1例术后1月眼座脱出，1例于术后6月、钻孔后6月继发感染摘除眼台，其余病例均按期愈合，活动度良好；结论：眼内容摘除后充分利用自体巩膜包裹义眼座植入术其术后效果最佳，术中充分扩大后眼球筋膜囊和紧密缝合前眼球筋膜囊是预防眼台外露、脱出的关键。
To explore the surgical methods and principles of choice of hydroxyapatite orbital prosthesis (table) and postoperative complications, 34 cases of domestic and imported hydroxyapatite prosthesis were implanted by different surgical procedures.
