目的观察六味地黄丸对甘油诱导的急性肾损伤大鼠肾小管间质的影响。方法将36只Wistar大鼠按随机数字表分为正常组、模型组、六味地黄丸组。模型组与六味地黄丸组大鼠用50%甘油生理盐水肌注,建立急性肾损伤大鼠模型。正常组大鼠使用等剂量生理盐水肌肉注射。造模结束后,模型组及正常组给予生理盐水灌胃,六味地黄丸组给予六味地黄丸混悬液灌胃。治疗3d后检测各组血清BUN、Scr,尿NAG、β2-MG及尿渗量,并进行肾脏组织形态学观察。结果六味地黄丸组大鼠血清BUN、Scr、尿NAG酶、β2-MG较模型组明显下降,而尿渗量升高,肾脏病理改变好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸能减轻急性肾损伤大鼠肾脏病理改变,能降低BUN、Scr及尿NAG酶水平,具有肾脏保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Liuweidihuangwan on tubulointerstitial of acute renal injury induced by glycerol in rats. Methods 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Liuweidihuangwan group. Rats in the model group and Liuweidihuangwan group were intramuscularly injected with 50% glycerol saline to establish a rat model of acute kidney injury. Normal rats were injected intramuscularly with an equal dose of saline. After modeling, the model group and the normal group were given normal saline gavage, Liuweidihuangwan group was given Liuweidihuangwan suspension orally. The levels of BUN, Scr, urinary NAG, β2-MG and urinary osmolality in each group were detected after 3 days of treatment, and renal histomorphology was observed. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of BUN, Scr, urinary NAG and β2-MG in the Liuweidihuangwan group were significantly decreased, while the urinary osmolality increased and the pathological changes in the kidney improved. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Liuweidihuangwan can reduce renal pathological changes in acute kidney injury rats, reduce the levels of BUN, Scr and urine NAG, with renal protective effect.
