雷公藤多甙(GTW)是一种常用中成药。临床上已广泛应用于治疗类风湿关节炎、银屑病等多种疾病,常用剂量为60mg/日。其副作用之一是精子数减少和精子活率降低。已有文章指出,在雄性Wistar和SD大鼠,灌服无毒剂量的GTW(10mg/kg/日,共8周)可以导致可逆性不育,在雄性BALB/c小鼠,GTW也使生殖功能受到显著影响。回顾性研究表明,临床用量1/3(20mg/日)的GTW对成年男子也有抗生育作用,从而引起了国内外广泛兴趣,认为该药可望成为一个有效的男用口服避孕药。但GTW对下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴是否有影响,它的抗生精机理与睾丸间质细胞是否有关,尚未见报道。本研究观察了抗生育剂量的GTW对大鼠甾体激素水平及睾丸间质细胞对hCG反应的影响。
