一、引言8411(JUNE)台风于1984年8月31日早晨4时在广东省惠来—汕头之间沿海登陆,登陆点附近风力只有5—6级,然而在台风中心的东北侧——福建省龙溪地区,风猛、雨暴、浪狂。海堤决口,江河泛溢,造成人力难于抗御的灾害。由于这次台风具有“空心”的特点,加上海面上资料稀少,台风定位出现较大误差,预报比较困难。 I. INTRODUCTION The Typhoon 8411 (JUNE) landed on the coast between Huilai-Shantou, Guangdong Province on August 31, 1984, at a wind speed of only 5-6 near the landing site. However, on the northeast side of the typhoon center, Fujian Province Longxi area, fierce wind, rain storm, crazy waves. Breakwater estuary, overflowing rivers, resulting in human disasters difficult to resist. Due to the “hollow” characteristics of this typhoon and the scarcity of information on the sea surface, typhoon positioning shows greater errors and forecasts are more difficult.
