研究重组人催乳素(rhPRL)对造血系统的调节效应并探讨rhPRL在骨髓辐射损伤的可能应用前景。方法:选用C57BL/6纯系小鼠,分别iP生理盐水或rhPRL,然后致死全身照射;或先致死全身照射,然后分别中生理盐水或rhPRL,观察小鼠生存期和外用血象。结果:rhPRL在辐射后对小鼠具治疗效果,生存期明显延长,对辐射小鼠的红细胞(RBC)有明显的促再生作用,rhPRL预防注射亦可拮抗辐射的致死反应,延长小鼠的生存期。结论:rhPRL在体内具有促进RBC再生作用,从而延缓致死辐射所致死亡。
To study the regulatory effect of recombinant human prolactin (rhPRL) on the hematopoietic system and to explore the possible application of rhPRL in bone marrow irradiation. Methods: C57BL / 6 mice were randomly selected and treated with iP normal saline or rhPRL respectively, followed by lethal whole body irradiation; or first lethal whole body irradiation, followed by normal saline or rhPRL respectively to observe the mice survival and external blood. Results: rhPRL had a therapeutic effect on mice after radiation, prolonging the survival time obviously, promoting the regeneration of red blood cells (RBC) of irradiated mice, rhPRL preventing injection and antagonizing the radiation lethal reaction, prolonging the survival of mice period. Conclusion: rhPRL can promote the regeneration of RBC in vivo and delay the death caused by lethal radiation.
