锅炉系统的控制过程十分复杂,系统内部的给煤、给风等对象耦合性强,控制过程的非线性和大滞后是控制系统的难题。采用智能自动化方法及策略,有效地提出循环流化床锅炉各控制参数的控制要求,克服多回路耦合和煤质干扰,很好的解决了锅炉控制的难题。
The control process of the boiler system is very complicated. The internal coupling to the wind and other objects in the system is strong. The nonlinearity and large lag of the control process are the problems of the control system. Using intelligent automation methods and strategies, the control requirements of each control parameter of circulating fluidized bed boiler are effectively put forward. Overcoming the problems of multi-loop coupling and coal quality disturbance, the problem of boiler control is well solved.
