招聘工作不仅是企业补充新鲜血液、获得优秀人才的主要渠道,更是企业人力资源管理的前提和基础,对企业保持竞争优势、实现战略目标至关重要。然而,现在中小企业在人才招聘中依然存在着诸多问题,导致招聘效果不理想。在当前经济形势下,可以预见未来很长一段时期,企业人力资源将面临着极大的管理挑战。本文运用人力资源管理的基本理论,分析了现阶段我国中小企业在人员招聘过程中存在的问题及原因。并提出了提高中小企业员工招聘有效性的管理建议。
Recruitment is not only the main channel for enterprises to supplement fresh blood and obtain excellent talents, but also the prerequisite and basis of human resources management in enterprises. It is of vital importance to maintain competitive advantages and achieve strategic goals for enterprises. However, there are still many problems in the recruitment of SMEs nowadays, resulting in unsatisfactory recruitment results. In the current economic situation, it can be foreseen for a long time in the future, enterprise human resources will face great management challenges. In this paper, the basic theory of human resource management is used to analyze the existing problems and reasons of SMEs in the process of recruitment. And put forward some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of recruitment for SMEs.
