孔板流量计是流量检测领域较为传统的方法,技术成熟,应用行业广泛,有较高的可信度,由于目前制造精度的提高,所以无论在计量精度、可靠性、维修护用等方面都比其他计量器具有其自身的优势。针对氢气气体的生产工艺,氢气计量的特点,介绍双孔板在氢气计量系统中的实际应用情况,阐述了氢气计量系统中相关仪表选型原则,通过孔板的安装及日常维护方面,运用图表计算分析双孔板在计量氢气时的经济优势和双孔板在运行中及项目前期投入上的劣势;同时也对计量相关模式进行浅析,不同计量组合会对计量精度、稳定性及成本带来很大的影响。
